The different kinds of flour that we produce are
obtained from the grinding of the best wheat that is raised, selected,
conditioned and stored by AgroSagemüller.
The wheat goes through a carefully monitored process in our flour mill, thus making sure that all our products are of the highest quality. Different kinds of flour: There are two categories among the different flours: 0000 flour and 000 flour. The main feature of the 0000 flour is that its content of ashes and minerals must not be higher than 0.49 per cent. Since they are elaborated from selected wheat, this kind of flour is whiter and they are the special kind needed to make sponges, cakes, pasta, etc. The 000 flour is, in turn, that kind of flour whose content of ashes and minerals is not higher than the one contained in the 0000 flour. It is a high quality product with a lower cost than the 0000 flour cost and they are the best choice to prepare pies, pizzas, sauces, bread, and all those meals that do not require special flour. Self-rising flour: It is made by mixing different and specific leaving agents and they are the ideal kind of flour to bake home-made sponges and cakes with a higher volume, making them spongy and fluffy. Bakery premix: They are made with a mix of ingredients specially selected so that they allow our customers to prepare different kinds of food very quickly and easily. |
